1. Introduction

2. Usage Rights

3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1. Users undertake to avoid any behavior that endangers the function or operation of the software. In particular, users are prohibited from any behavior that scans or tests software weaknesses, bypasses security systems or accesses software systems or integrates malicious software into the software.
3.2. Users guarantee that they have all necessary rights to process uploaded photos (such as copyright, neighboring rights, industrial property rights, trademark rights).
4. Warranty and Liability
4.1. Any warranty for software results and their availability is excluded. If warranty claims still exist, the warranty period is six months.
4.2. The operator (1bit.ai) is not liable for the speed, availability, data loss or correctness of results of the software. Furthermore, the liability of the operator (1bit.ai) is excluded unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence. This does not apply to cases of loss of life or health damage.
4.3. The liability of the operator (1bit.ai) is limited to 100.00 euros in any case.
