1. Introduction

The website www.1bit.ai provides various AI tools. These terms of use apply to all users of the platform www.1bit.ai (hereinafter: users).

2. Right of use

Users may only use the www.1bit.ai platform for non-commercial purposes. All results from the platform may only be used for private use. Use for (direct or indirect) commercial purposes is prohibited.

The operator (1bit.ai) is entitled to restrict use of the platform or block users without stating reasons.

By agreeing, users consent to the operator (1bit.ai) storing users' IP addresses to verify use of the platform.

3. Rights and obligations of users

Users undertake to refrain from any conduct that endangers the functionality or operation of the software. In particular, users are prohibited from scanning or testing software weaknesses, bypassing security systems, accessing software systems, or integrating malware.

Users warrant that they have all necessary rights (e.g. copyright, related rights, industrial property, trademark rights) to process uploaded photos.

4. Warranty and liability

Any warranty for the results and availability of the software is excluded. If a warranty claim nevertheless exists, the warranty period is six months.

The operator (1bit.ai) is not liable for the speed, availability, data loss or correctness of results. Furthermore, the operator's liability is excluded unless damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence. This does not apply in cases of loss of life or injury to health.

The liability of the operator (1bit.ai) is limited to 100.00 EUR in any case.
