Each successful request consumes fixed credits, depending on the product type: Product A=1 credit, Product B=2 credits, etc. The specific price will be displayed on the query page before you click 'Run'.

On the same calendar day of the month you subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on March 15th, credits reset every 15th at 00:00 UTC.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Yes. Cancellation will stop auto-renewal; remaining credits in the current billing cycle can still be used. No refunds for unused periods, but topped-up credits remain valid.

Refunds are only provided if you have used less than 1% of your monthly credits and apply within 72 hours of your most recent payment.

New users receive 500 credits.
